The Company is seeking a VP, Full Stack Engineering Lead for Equity Products and Execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the technical vision, architectural strategy, and delivery execution of a next-generation equity engineering ecosystem. This role requires a strategic, hands-on engineering leader with a deep understanding of equity domain and expertise in scalable, cloud-native, high-throughput full-stack platforms. The VP will lead the evolution of the equity execution platform, aligning it with product lines, and building connected employee and client journeys through robust capabilities and high-performance execution workflows. Key responsibilities include architectural leadership, equity product alignment, hands-on technical execution, and the design of high-throughput streaming and messaging systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise financial environments, full-stack technical mastery across Java, ReactJS, and Python, and practical experience in cloud-native and container technologies. They should also have a strong background in high-availability systems design, deep equity domain knowledge, and a commitment to resilient engineering practices. The role demands an innovation-driven individual with a focus on ecosystem innovation and the ability to partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps. Academic and professional credentials in computer science or a related discipline are required, with a preference for Agile or cloud certifications.
