Vice President of Strategic Leasing & Commercial Development

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Leasing & Commercial Development to lead the long-term master planning, conceptual positioning, and experiential commercial strategy for its flagship redevelopments and luxury precincts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end commercial master planning, designing non-traditional, experiential retail and F&B footprints, and spearheading high-impact, destination-driving initiatives. This role requires a proven executive with a minimum of 15 years' experience in commercial master planning, strategic leasing, or real estate development, particularly within top-tier, luxury destination developments or flagship regional assets. The Vice President will also be tasked with high-level prospecting and deal architecture, leveraging a global network to secure marquee partnerships and flagship concepts.
