This role involves maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities, overseeing various operational processes including customer onboarding, support, and compliance, and managing regulatory reporting and incident response. The ideal candidate should have a background in banking, financial services, payments, or investments, with at least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a managerial position within a regulated financial institution. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company's MiCA-licensed Crypto-Asset Service Provider in Bulgaria must have a proactive, hands-on mindset, and a strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in new areas.
