Leadership Board Member Greater St. Louis, MO Area

The Company is seeking volunteer Leadership Board Members to support the launch and ongoing operation of a local program. Members will advise the program director, help recruit and onboard staff and volunteers, secure and prepare facilities and transportation, coordinate logistics and school communications, lead fundraising and financial oversight, and ensure public messaging is clear. Board members will also help complete launch preparations, participate in scheduled meetings, and support the program through prayer and active fundraising. Candidates should demonstrate mature Christian faith aligned with the program’s stated beliefs, active participation in a local church with compatible doctrine, and a record of commitment and practical ability to get work done. The board should represent at least three churches and a range of community backgrounds, with members collectively covering leadership, location, logistics, fundraising, and communications. Members must complete role-specific training, a background check, and child-safety and mandated-reporting training every three years, and commit to at least one year of service. A local church leader’s contact information is required; board members may not hold paid positions within the program while serving.
