The Executive Director will also be responsible for maintaining good relations with regulatory agencies, overseeing the resident move-in process, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a current administrative license. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing senior community operations, strong sales leadership, and the ability to build relationships with community groups. Customer service skills, the ability to problem-solve, and a demonstrated record of financial management proficiency are essential. The Executive Director will be expected to live within a 30-mile radius of the community to ensure a timely response to emergencies and must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
