Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its business through its next phase of development, with full responsibility for financial performance and long-term growth. The CEO will strengthen commercial management, establish clear goals and accountability, and improve the profitability of the consulting business. Responsibilities include developing a scalable go-to-market approach, refining offerings and pricing, and growing recurring revenue while aligning product and service operations around customer value. The role also involves managing key customer relationships, developing the organization and its leaders, and overseeing budgets, forecasts, reporting, and communication with the board and owners. Candidates should have documented P&L responsibility and a track record of delivering measurable improvements in commercial and financial performance. Strong B2B commercial experience is required, including building and managing sales pipelines, forecasts, pricing, and packaging. Applicants should have experience across both product or software and consulting or service businesses, along with change-management expertise and experience leading a small or medium-sized organization. Board and owner reporting experience and relevant academic education are required. Experience with subscription models, recurring revenue, real estate or construction, and combining product and service offerings would be advantageous.
