Head of Group Controlling

The Company is seeking a Head of Group Controlling to join their dynamic and acquisition-driven environment. This pivotal role is focused on the development of the group's financial reporting, analysis, and performance management. The successful candidate will be at the heart of the finance function, working closely with the CFO, Group Management, Head of Group Accounting, local finance teams, and owner-side stakeholders. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly reporting packages, financial analyses, and presentation material, as well as supporting budget, forecast, and financial planning processes. The role also involves developing and improving business control processes, reporting structures, and supporting the integration of acquired companies into the group's reporting framework. Applicants for the Head of Group Controlling position at the company should have a strong analytical finance background, with experience in high-standard reporting, analysis, and presentation. A background in transaction services, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a similar analytical finance environment is desirable. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, and experience with group accounting systems, BI tools, and data analysis platforms. The role requires an individual who is analytical, structured, detail-oriented, hands-on, and solution-focused, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality material under pressure. A clear communicator with high integrity, sound judgment, and a strong sense of responsibility is essential. A degree in finance, accounting, business administration, engineering, or a related field is expected, along with fluency in Swedish and English.
