The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall operations of a complex healthcare facility. The CEO will set strategic priorities and performance expectations, build an effective administrative team, and foster strong collaboration among physicians, employees, leadership, and community stakeholders. Responsibilities include advancing quality and cost-effective care, strengthening physician recruitment and retention, identifying opportunities for growth, and guiding operational and financial performance. The CEO will also represent the facility in the community and develop strategies that support its long-term success. Candidates should have 10–15 years of progressive healthcare or facility management experience, including a record of leading complex organizations and delivering strong operational and financial results. Required expertise includes healthcare finance, managed care, strategy development, quality improvement, and physician relations. The role calls for decisive, inclusive leadership, sound judgment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a commitment to integrity and community engagement. An undergraduate degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
