The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership, responsible for the financial management and oversight of the organization. This includes supervising all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining internal policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also be involved in financial strategy, collaborating with the CEO and VP of Operations on strategic planning, and actively seeking opportunities for business growth and expansion. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role. A broad business orientation that extends beyond finance and accounting to include a deep understanding of operations, marketing, and other critical business functions is essential.
