Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its finance function and partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions and business growth. Responsibilities include delivering monthly and board reporting, leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, and overseeing statutory reporting and year-end audits. The role will strengthen governance and financial controls, provide insight into profitability and working capital, and manage foreign exchange risk. It will also improve inventory reporting, oversee finance activities across regional operations, lead and develop the finance team, and take on company secretary responsibilities. Candidates should hold a CA or CPA qualification and have finance leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, import, distribution, or a related sector. Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, working capital, and supply chain dynamics is required, along with experience in executive partnering, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash flow management. Applicants should bring sound governance judgment and the confidence to promote accountability. Previous company secretary experience is preferred, though willingness to assume those responsibilities is acceptable; experience with ERP systems is also required.
