Head of Fundraising & Philanthropy

The Company is seeking a Head of Fundraising and Philanthropy to lead its fundraising function and drive sustainable revenue growth. The role will shape and deliver a multi-year strategy spanning annual campaigns, major and principal gifts, structured giving, bequests, and corporate partnerships. Responsibilities include cultivating significant donors, securing multi-year commitments, growing and diversifying the supporter community, and developing fundraising initiatives around a major organizational milestone. The successful candidate will also lead the fundraising team, use donor insights to improve performance, and collaborate with senior leaders and community stakeholders to advance the organization’s strategy. Candidates should bring significant senior experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or donor relationship management, including team leadership and revenue accountability. A strong record of securing major, multi-year, and transformational gifts and delivering growth across multiple income streams is essential. The role requires knowledge of structured giving and donor data, segmentation, retention, pipeline management, and CRM systems, alongside capability in planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative, culturally sensitive leadership approach are also required.
