The Company is seeking a Vice President for APAC Credit Ratings, a pivotal role in the expansion of its presence across the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be a lead analyst for structured finance transactions, including securitizations, project finance debt, and other innovative financing structures. This position demands a professional with a deep understanding of structured finance products and markets, particularly in Australia, and a proven track record in driving the credit rating process. The role is at the forefront of the company's mission to deliver high-quality, transparent credit ratings, and the ideal candidate will be adept at market insight, client engagement, and shaping the company's methodologies and procedures. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should be prepared to take on key responsibilities such as leading and supporting the surveillance of existing APAC structured finance ratings, drafting various reports and research pieces, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in ABS, RMBS, project finance, or digital infrastructure, and a strong grasp of structured finance legal and transaction documentation. The candidate must possess exceptional communication, quantitative, and analytical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office. A collaborative, curious, and analytical mindset, along with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects, is essential. The role also involves occasional travel and the capacity to engage with global colleagues outside of normal working hours.
