The Company is seeking an Applications Development Technology Senior Lead Analyst with a focus on regulatory reporting. This senior-level technical leadership role is pivotal in architecting, designing, and delivering high-performance, enterprise-scale regulatory reporting platforms and distributed data processing systems. The successful candidate will be a key technical authority, driving the end-to-end development lifecycle for mission-critical regulatory data pipelines. Responsibilities include technical leadership and architecture, regulatory reporting and domain delivery, strategy, collaboration, team mentorship, and risk, controls, and governance. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in high-stress, deadline-driven environments, and a strong understanding of financial regulatory reporting frameworks. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of hands-on experience in enterprise Java development, 5 years in distributed big data processing with Apache Spark, and 5 years in intensive database development with Oracle. The ideal candidate will also have a background in regulatory reporting systems, financial data models, and a deep understanding of accounting ledgers or risk computation within banking or capital markets.
