Vice President, AI Program Management Lead Greater Tampa, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, AI Program Management Lead to drive governance and execution of initiatives within an AI product development lifecycle. The role coordinates working-group meetings, establishes program objectives and controls, tracks actions and dependencies, and ensures delivery aligns with the approved strategy. Responsibilities include producing executive status dashboards, managing escalations, maintaining risk and issue records, and communicating progress to senior stakeholders. The lead will also manage program resources, coach team members, and promote accountability across multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience managing complex programs using structured methodologies, along with the ability to lead through matrix relationships and turn ambiguous or conflicting inputs into actionable plans. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required or expected within one year; proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required. Experience with AI/ML or digital transformation programs, AI lifecycle governance, executive committees, and Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methods is preferred. Familiarity with enterprise program management tools and accurate tracking of milestones, risks, decisions, and actions is important.
