Vice President of Distribution Operations Greater Tampa, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Distribution Operations to set the strategy and operating model for a large, multi-site distribution network. The role leads distribution centers, warehouse operations and automation, inventory management, fleet operations, and field logistics, while establishing performance standards and driving safety, service, productivity, and cost improvements. The Vice President will guide network optimization and future capability development, oversee operating and capital plans, and ensure investments deliver expected results. The position also requires close collaboration across commercial and operational functions, strong customer service, business continuity planning, and development of a high-performing leadership team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, engineering, business, or a related field, along with 15 or more years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse, fleet, transportation, or supply chain operations. At least seven years leading complex, high-volume, multi-site operations is required. Applicants should bring experience with highly automated warehouses, distribution technologies and systems, operational transformation, network optimization, and significant operating and capital budgets. Experience in consumer goods, beverage, manufacturing, distribution, or retail supply chains is preferred; a relevant master’s degree and Lean Six Sigma or APICS/ASCM certification are also advantageous.
