The Company is seeking a VP, Delivery Lead for Technology, Core Technology Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Network Services Intake function, which is the strategic entry point for infrastructure and network initiatives. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end intake lifecycle, from demand intake and requirement discovery to solution assessment and prioritization. The VP will work closely with business, engineering, service delivery, and program management teams to ensure that initiatives are well-defined, scoped, and positioned for successful execution, all while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and governance standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in infrastructure delivery, service delivery, network services, solution consulting, technical program management, or related functions. A strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments, including networking, security, workplace technology, cloud, and data center services, is essential. The role requires experience in facilitating requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution discovery sessions, as well as a deep knowledge of project lifecycle management, demand management, and intake governance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to work in global organizations. Proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and the Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, with a preference for candidates holding relevant certifications in project management, service management, and network/infrastructure.
