Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in its strategic and operational growth. The CFO will be a key partner to the CEO and the executive team, driving the company's financial and business strategy, and will be instrumental in shaping the organization's future. This is a hands-on position that demands a leader with a strong background in finance, particularly in technology, high-tech manufacturing, or innovation-driven environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to, supporting international expansion, leading financial planning and analysis, and ensuring robust financial controls and compliance. The role also requires a CFO who can influence company strategy, commercial decisions, and long-term value creation, and who is adept at building and mentoring high-performing teams. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should be commercially minded, with a proven track record as a CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or equivalent executive finance leader. Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, cash flow management, governance, and risk is essential, as is a strong understanding of the financial aspects of business growth, transformation, and scaling. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to translate vision into action, and will have a data-driven, pragmatic, and forward-thinking approach. Exposure to fundraising, M&A, or strategic transactions is highly valued, and the ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility at all levels is a must. The CFO will also be expected to professionalize and scale finance processes, systems, and reporting capabilities, and to foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance team.
