Member of the Supervisory Board, Transformation & Innovation

The Company is seeking a member of its Supervisory Board with a focus on transformation and innovation. The board member will help oversee the director and the organization’s overall direction, contributing to strategic decisions in a changing youth-care environment. Key challenges include financial pressures, increasingly complex care needs, regional collaboration, workforce recruitment and retention, and digitalization. The role also involves maintaining an active network and engaging with employee and client participation and advisory bodies. Candidates should bring a broad societal perspective on youth care and experience mobilizing organizations within complex networks, gained in youth care or a comparable social-service setting. They should understand how transformation affects people, culture, and organizational structures, and have practical insight into prevention, collaborative care, and delivering appropriate support. Familiarity with regional partnerships and a clear perspective on digitalization and data-informed practice are also required. Candidates should be able to connect strategic choices with the lived experiences of young people and families.
