Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Austria and CEE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the international market development, with a focus on expanding existing customer relationships, exploring new business opportunities, and sustainably developing the regional organization. This role involves the entrepreneurial leadership of the Austrian entity, including full P&L responsibility, and strategic and operational sales leadership for CEE and Poland. Key tasks include the development and implementation of country-specific growth strategies, the establishment of long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners, and the digital transformation and optimization of the sales organization. Applicants must have a proven track record in international, technically-oriented B2B sales, with experience in CEE markets. The role requires a leader with a strong background in strategic business development, market expansion, and the ability to build and maintain sustainable customer and partner relationships. A deep understanding of P&L management, a proactive approach to digitalization, and experience in leading change processes are essential. The ideal candidate will be a communicative, decisive leader with a hands-on mentality, fluent in German and English, and with a willingness to travel internationally. A degree in business, industrial engineering, or a related field is preferred.
