The ideal candidate should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and must be willing to take full responsibility for their startup, with the goal of scaling it to over €100M in revenues. Applicants for the CSO position at the company should be prepared to work closely with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, receiving 1:1 sparring on a weekly basis. The role also includes support in team building, distribution, and funding, with a strong emphasis on reaching product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine.
