The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) with a focus on Investment and ESG Oversight. The successful candidate will be the primary liaison for portfolio management oversight, engaging with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless operations of a diverse investment portfolio. This pivotal role involves developing and strengthening the portfolio management oversight framework, monitoring delegates, and maintaining SLAs. The CCO will also be responsible for reporting on oversight activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and being proactive in understanding and challenging investment proposals across all strategies. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant discipline, over 7 years' of financial services industry experience, and a strong understanding of local regulatory requirements related to AIFM and Luxembourg funds. Essential skills include being an experienced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint, and fluency in English. A CFA or CAIA qualification is desirable, as is prior experience at an investment manager and exposure to operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a hands-on mindset, open to learning and contributing to a positive work environment. The role also requires the ability to communicate effectively, come up with new ideas, and adapt to new situations.
