The Company is in search of a Chief Financial & Legal Officer to lead and integrate the financial and legal functions within its expanding international business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership across finance, accounting, and legal, with a focus on enhancing financial performance, optimizing internal operations, and establishing a robust framework to support long-term growth and market expansion. This executive role demands a professional with a proven track record in senior financial leadership, advanced knowledge of corporate finance and FP&A, and practical experience in corporate and commercial law. The Chief Financial & Legal Officer will also be tasked with modernizing financial operations, managing legal matters, ensuring compliance, and providing integrated guidance on business development initiatives.
