Associate General Counsel, Products

The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel with a focus on products. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic legal team, providing essential legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to go-to-market and transactional processes. This role requires a professional with a strong background in product and technology transactions, including experience in developing and negotiating product terms and conditions. The Associate General Counsel will also be involved in strategic planning with operational teams, identifying and mitigating product risks, and ensuring compliance with commercial and federal government contracting requirements. Applicants for this role at the company should have a J.D. degree and a minimum of 8 years' of legal experience, with a preference for those who have worked in an in-house capacity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal procurement requirements, commercial contract negotiation, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to address legal and operational challenges. Experience in government contracting, AI governance, and information security statutes is a plus. The role demands a professional who can work under pressure, is adept at problem-solving, and can translate complex legal issues into practical business solutions. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
