Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with executive leadership on strategic priorities, operational execution, and business development. Responsibilities include establishing leadership and cross-functional operating rhythms, tracking decisions and follow-ups, and leading special projects such as market assessments and business cases. The role also supports investor relations and fundraising readiness, develops financial and operating metrics, and prepares concise market research and executive communications for internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have 5–8 or more years of relevant experience in defense, space, hardware, robotics, or an adjacent deep-tech environment; growth-stage startup experience is preferred. Experience engaging government customers or programs and familiarity with government contracting are valuable. Strong strategic and operational judgment, initiative, organization, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems and complex technical or regulatory topics into clear, decision-ready materials are essential. Applicants should also bring experience building OKR/KPI processes, excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, discretion, and a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is a plus.
