The Company is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join their Cyber Operations team. This role is pivotal in the digital transformation of security operations, with a focus on delivering a product-led, data-driven, and customer-visible service model. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with Cyber Operations teams to design and deliver solutions, shaping the definition of problem statements, and making trade-off decisions that are threat-informed and data-driven. A key aspect of the role is to focus on risk reduction, customer value, regulatory impact, and feasibility, and to own roadmaps, dependency maps, and decision logs. The role also involves building solutions, owning backlog grooming, and ensuring execution status is visible and adaptable to evolving priorities. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline, with a preference for cyber-related qualifications. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Technical Product Manager, with at least 3 years in Cyber Operations, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including expertise in SDLC, cloud architecture, and vulnerability remediation, and be familiar with security frameworks and methodologies such as NIST. Security certifications like CISM or CISSP are preferred. The role demands a thoughtful and consistent communicator, with the ability to represent delivery status and decisions to senior stakeholders. The candidate should be customer-obsessed, have technical depth, and be aware of industry trends and emerging risks. Innate curiosity about new technology and the ability to challenge the status quo with a respectful and collaborative approach are also valued.
