Associate Vice President, Onboarding Engagement Project Manager Greater West Jordan, UT Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Onboarding Engagement Project Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding projects for corporate clients implementing equity administration and employee brokerage services. The role serves as the primary client contact, coordinating requirements, timelines, and responsibilities across clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent projects, maintaining schedules and quality standards, monitoring risks and project data, and providing regular progress reports. The Project Manager also leads project reviews, resolves issues and conflicts, and escalates concerns appropriately to support timely, accurate delivery and strong client relationships. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in stock plan benefits and/or financial services, strong client engagement skills, and in-depth knowledge of equity compensation. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred; PMP certification or progress toward it is expected, and a Certified Equity Professional designation is strongly preferred. Knowledge of brokerage operations, equity plan administration, and recordkeeping systems is valuable, along with strong project management, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with project-tracking and customer-management applications is a plus.
