The Company is in search of a visionary Executive Director to lead a vibrant community with a resident-first philosophy. The successful candidate will be the visible leader and chief culture champion, responsible for cultivating a highly engaged Independent Living community where residents are informed, connected, and meaningfully engaged. This role involves building trusted relationships, maintaining a consistent presence, and creating opportunities for resident participation and shared ownership of community life. The Executive Director will also be tasked with ensuring transparent communication, both with residents and team members, and fostering a workplace culture where the team feels respected, valued, and connected to the mission. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for hospitality, health care, business administration, or a health-related discipline. A current Assisted Living Administrator’s license or the ability to complete the necessary training is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' leadership experience, preferably in senior living, health care, or hospitality industries. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the team to provide the highest quality of life for residents. The role demands a confident, approachable leader who is a strong communicator, a good listener, and who can bring residents and team members together around a shared vision for community life.
