The Company is seeking a Security Engineer with a focus on Operational Technology and Industrial Control Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a secure operating environment, with a specific emphasis on the safety and security of users and developers. This role involves working with network equipment, actively monitoring systems for attacks and intrusions, and collaborating with software engineers to identify and fix security flaws. The Security Engineer will also be tasked with improving the isolation and hardening properties of the company's cloud infrastructure and identifying and resolving risks in the industrial control systems and operational technology space. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 5 years in security assessments, design reviews, and engineering. A strong background in computer and network security, security protocols, and coding in general-purpose languages is essential. Experience in leading technical teams and a year of experience in a technical leadership role are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in ICS and OT security, consulting on security issues throughout the product life cycle, and a solid understanding of both offensive and defensive security methods. The role demands a proactive approach to security, the ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, and the development of strategies to mitigate risks in line with business objectives.
