Head of Technology & AI

The Company is seeking a Head of Technology and AI to lead the design and execution of a comprehensive technology and AI roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and redesigning processes prior to automation, prioritizing use cases, and driving the adoption of AI agents and tools. This role involves taking AI projects from proof of concept to production, performing assessments of applications and infrastructure, and ensuring operational continuity. The Head of Technology and AI will also be tasked with strengthening cybersecurity, analyzing and redesigning the IT department structure, and integrating traditional IT teams with the new AI team. Applicants for the Head of Technology and AI position at the company should be hands-on technology leaders with a strong business focus and a proven track record in technology, systems, or digital transformation. The role requires direct involvement in projects, processes, architecture, and technology decisions, as well as experience in managing internal teams and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a concrete background in the implementation of AI, automation, or agents in real-world processes, and possess knowledge of architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud, data, and cybersecurity. Experience with ERP, CRM, POS, and multi-location operations is also essential. The Head of Technology and AI will be expected to manage projects, budgets, contracts, and vendors, and lead training and change management initiatives.
