Interim Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer to serve as an operating integrator, translating company strategy into clear priorities and ensuring they are delivered across the organization. The role spans customer and partner relationships, growth, technology, product, and operations, while supporting executive decisions and resolving cross-functional issues. Responsibilities include setting quarterly priorities, maintaining a company scorecard and roadmap, coordinating customer and partner commitments, and leading regular leadership meetings. The successful candidate will also guide the organization’s operating-system rollout and embed AI-enabled workflows into planning, reporting, and execution. Candidates must have 15 or more years of software experience, including senior leadership roles in B2B SaaS or AI, and prior experience as a CEO, COO, CPO, general manager, or senior functional leader. Demonstrated experience building, launching, or scaling SaaS products is essential, along with a record of scaling companies or major functions. Applicants should be skilled at turning strategy into execution, commercially astute, product-literate, and comfortable working with technical teams. Daily use of AI agents and the ability to create effective, continuously improving workflows are required; experience with an entrepreneurial operating system or in wellness, fitness, or health is an advantage.
