Managing Director Remote (anywhere in Cayman Islands)

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across two hospitality properties. The role is responsible for developing plans to support growth and profitability, building relationships with owners and key stakeholders, and leading department heads and staff. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, service quality, budgets, financial performance, and revenue generation. The Managing Director will also guide guest experience initiatives, facilities maintenance and capital projects, sustainability efforts, and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressively responsible hospitality experience and a proven record leading a high-volume, large resort as a General Manager or Managing Director. Experience with island or international seasonal resorts and hotel renovations is preferred; experience with branded and independent hotels is an asset. A college degree, preferably in hospitality or travel and tourism management, or equivalent education and experience is required. Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are essential, along with facilities-management expertise; bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
