Key responsibilities also include talent management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and championing change management projects. Applicants for the Head of HR position at the company should have a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in HR leadership, with a strong background in change management and culture implementation. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or HR certifications being preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Strong expertise in HR best practices, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with Cyprus labor laws, CySEC regulations, and international HR practices is a plus, and fluency in English and Greek is considered a very strong advantage.
