Technical Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Technical Chief of Staff to support its technology leadership by translating technical priorities and decisions into coordinated plans, clear ownership, and measurable progress. The role coordinates communication across engineering teams and stakeholders, tracks initiatives and dependencies, identifies blockers, and follows through on agreed deliverables. Responsibilities also include facilitating technical discussions, documenting decisions and project updates, and establishing lightweight processes that improve visibility. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted operational partner, helping teams execute effectively without taking ownership of technical decisions. Candidates should have a strong technical background, ideally in software engineering, technical program management, engineering operations, or a related field, and a solid understanding of areas such as web infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or software development. Experience coordinating technical teams, managing dependencies, and driving execution across stakeholders is important. The role requires excellent communication, documentation, organization, judgment, discretion, and the ability to hold teams accountable constructively. Familiarity with engineering collaboration tools and experience working with senior technical leaders are valuable.
