Vice President, Enterprise Artificial Intelligence & Transformation Remote (anywhere in Florida)

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enterprise Artificial Intelligence and Transformation. The successful candidate will be tasked with the development and execution of a comprehensive AI strategy that spans the entire organization. This strategy is aimed at driving innovation, operational efficiency, profitability, and business transformation. The VP will lead the identification, prioritization, and implementation of AI solutions across various business functions, including underwriting, claims, actuarial, product, operations, customer service, finance, and IT. A key aspect of the role is to work closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of AI, establish governance standards, and deliver measurable business outcomes that align with the company's strategic objectives. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in technology, AI, digital transformation, data analytics, or related disciplines. Additionally, a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in directing enterprise-wide technology or transformation initiatives is required. The role demands a proven track record in developing and implementing AI strategies, including experience with Generative AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics. The VP will also be responsible for AI governance, compliance, and risk management, as well as leading AI-driven transformation initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience. Strong organizational development and change management skills are essential to promote a culture of innovation and responsible AI adoption within the company.
