This role involves engaging with the market to understand current M&A processes and long-term trends, as well as communicating the company's strategies and priorities. The VP will also be expected to form and maintain relationships with various financial and consulting entities, and to work closely with senior business executives to identify M&A opportunities that align with the company's agenda. Applicants for the VP, M&A & Transformation position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years' of experience in M&A, or a Master’s degree and at least 4 years' of experience. The role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence management, and negotiation of M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in structuring and strategizing M&A deals, including pipeline management, target evaluation, and divestiture assessments. Additionally, the role involves supporting the venture investments team and shaping the overall corporate strategy, so experience in these areas is also essential. The VP will be expected to prepare materials for board meetings and to work closely with the executive team and various business and functional areas.
