Head of Infrastructure, MoneyPass Group

The Company is seeking a Head of Infrastructure for its MoneyPass Group. This pivotal role is responsible for owning and managing the technology infrastructure and corporate IT, with a key focus on preparing the group for a SOC 2 Type 1 audit. The successful candidate will be hands-on in developing operating processes, configuring and administering key platforms, and troubleshooting complex issues. They will also be tasked with MSP management, including defining and tracking operational KPIs, ensuring the availability and resilience of production platforms, and leading the partnership with the Head of Security for security-related initiatives. The role demands a leader who can build and maintain the operating model, as well as lead the team in the adoption of AI tools and capabilities. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in infrastructure and IT operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A proven track record in managing outsourced infrastructure and IT through MSPs, as well as hands-on experience with SOC 2 audits, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of hybrid and cloud hosting, networking, identity and access management, backup and DR, and endpoint management, and experience in a regulated industry, preferably payments, banking, or fintech. Clear communication skills, the ability to work with executives, auditors, and vendors, and a strong leadership presence are also required. Desired qualifications include experience in a carve-out or new company build, familiarity with ATM networks, and relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, ITIL, or cloud platform credentials.
