Vice President of Operations Remote (anywhere in Illinois)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join its mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective business functions that support the operational and strategic goals of the organization. This role involves active participation in the design, delivery, and management of compliant operations, as well as the design and management of internal and external practice management functions. Key responsibilities include the onboarding of new providers and facilities, providing ongoing operational support, and executing practice transformation initiatives. The VP of Operations will work closely with the executive team to procure resources, develop systems, and ensure compliance with ACO contract obligations and regulatory requirements. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Master’s degree in business, health administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in development, physician practice operations, or other healthcare, preferably in an acute care or skilled nursing care environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in operational management, performance optimization, and a proven track record in leading and managing staff. The VP of Operations will be instrumental in the growth and success of the organization, leading new provider and facility implementations, and actively participating in clinical initiatives.
