Assistant Vice President, Senior .NET Full Stack Developer Remote (anywhere in India)

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to contribute to the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of application systems. The role involves building and enhancing enterprise applications, working across .NET, front-end frameworks, databases, APIs, and messaging systems, and applying AI-assisted development tools and practices. The successful candidate will independently deliver complex assignments, guide team members, and contribute to technical design, architecture reviews, and engineering governance. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, improving application security and performance, and communicating technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Candidates should have at least eight years of enterprise development experience, including deep expertise in C#/.NET Core, modern Angular, REST APIs, Kafka, and SQL, plus at least six years working with application databases and CI/CD pipelines. Strong experience across the software development lifecycle, microservices, cloud-native platforms, containers, unit testing, and secure, scalable distributed systems is required. Hands-on familiarity with AI technologies and coding agents, along with strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills, is expected. A graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required; relevant AI certifications are an advantage.
