This role involves an extensive personal development journey, including a fully customized program for goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding. The COO will also be involved in team building, product iteration, and will work closely with the founders to ensure the startup reaches a €1B+ valuation. Applicants for the COO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a high level of ambition and the willingness to take full responsibility for the startup's success, with a target of scaling to €100M+ in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
