Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to advise on a broad range of commercial, regulatory, and operational legal matters. The role involves providing practical guidance to cross-functional teams, researching Luxembourg and European legal requirements, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents. The successful candidate will monitor legal and regulatory developments, support sector-related matters, manage disputes with external counsel, and help control legal risk while supporting business objectives. They will also build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, deliver legal training, and contribute to improving legal processes and resources. Candidates must hold a European university law degree and have at least four years of relevant legal experience, gained in-house, in private practice, or both. Strong German and English skills are required; French is beneficial, and candidates willing to develop their French may also be considered. Relevant experience may include commercial contracts, energy, infrastructure, regulated industries, regulatory or administrative law, public law, civil law, or litigation. Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to turn complex legal issues into clear, commercially practical advice.
