The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Treasury Corporate Forex Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and assisting with all FX operation and business matters, ensuring smooth FX operations, and addressing any operational and business issues in a timely manner. This role involves planning, implementing, and tracking FX business opportunities, as well as leading and managing FX business strategic plans to ensure growth. The AVP will also be involved in quoting FX pricing for corporate clients, concentrating on specific business sectors, and maintaining competitive and cost-effective pricing. Applicants must have a strong background in FX operations and business, with a focus on financial and strategic execution. The role requires the ability to manage cost efficiency, meet yearly profit and volume targets, and participate in business planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk and compliance, particularly in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and Shariah-compliant contracts. People management skills are essential for training, coaching, and mentoring staff, as well as for maintaining and developing corporate customer relationships. The AVP will also be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all business activities.
