Vice President, AI Innovation & Partnerships Remote (anywhere in Missouri)

The Company is seeking a Vice President for AI Innovation and Partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise's AI innovation and strategic technology partnerships, with a focus on the highest-value AI use cases. This role involves providing technical leadership, shaping partner platforms to meet the company's needs, and working closely with various business and technical leaders to manage complex AI opportunities. The VP will be accountable for translating these opportunities into technical strategies, reference architectures, and scaled solutions, and will serve as the senior technical counterpart to business partners, influencing product roadmaps and ensuring the interoperability and extensibility of vendor harnesses. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of related experience, with a strong background in AI, machine learning, enterprise architecture, technology strategy, product innovation, software engineering, cloud platforms, data, and analytics. A proven track record of leading enterprise technology initiatives and experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is preferred. The role requires the ability to set the enterprise agenda for AI innovation, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive the evolution of vendor partnerships. The VP will also be expected to maintain a disciplined view of the AI market, advise executive leadership on technology trends, and represent the company in strategic technology partnerships.
