Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Modern Workplace Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Modern Workplace. The successful candidate will serve as an executive-level advisor, working closely with CIOs, CTOs, and other IT and business leaders to develop and implement data-driven strategies for workplace transformation, employee productivity, and technology investments. This role is pivotal in guiding organizations through the complexities of modern workplace environments, including AI adoption, digital employee experience, and technology innovation. The Field CTO will not be a decision-maker but will provide independent, industry-leading advice and governance frameworks to ensure that technology investments align with business objectives. Key responsibilities for the Field CTO include executive advisory and transformation leadership, KPI-driven operating model design, and governance advisory. The role also involves leading strategic discussions on digital workplace transformation, hybrid work programs, and AI-enabled initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and financial principles, and will be adept at influencing and driving change. A Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is required, along with a minimum of 10 years' in a customer-facing role, industry experience, and a proven track record of engaging with executive committees in large customer environments. The Field CTO will be expected to demonstrate exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, and to have a strong technical background in areas such as data center, IT operations, and IT automation technologies.
