Associate Vice President, Corporate Development

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Corporate Development to support and execute mergers and acquisitions, primarily on the buy side. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations throughout deal execution, coordinating internal and external resources during due diligence, and conducting industry, market, and company research. The role also involves sourcing acquisition targets and building relationships with current and prospective clients. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or M&A business development. Experience sourcing acquisition targets and a strong record of completed M&A transactions are required. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is also required.
