Executive Director, Cloud Platform Engineering Remote (anywhere in New York)

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Cloud Platform Engineering to define and deliver enterprise platform strategy across a complex multi-cloud environment. The role leads a global organization responsible for developer experience, internal developer portals, DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, cloud enablement, and site reliability engineering. The Executive Director will advance self-service, automation-first, product-oriented platform capabilities while improving software delivery, reliability, developer productivity, and cloud cost efficiency. They will partner with technology and business leaders, oversee transformation initiatives, establish performance measures, and build strategic relationships with external technology partners. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field, and bring at least 10 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including large-scale cloud and platform engineering. At least eight years of direct people leadership experience, including managing managers and senior technical leaders, is required. Applicants should have a record of building global platform, DevOps, SRE, cloud operations, or developer productivity organizations; leading enterprise cloud transformations and organizational change; and operating multi-cloud environments. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential.
