The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Development for Affordable Housing. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the execution and growth of a regional affordable housing development pipeline. The successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of the development process, from sourcing and underwriting to financing, construction, lease-up, and stabilization. Key responsibilities include leading the team in meeting regional production goals, originating new development opportunities, and managing key stakeholder relationships. The role also involves mentoring team members, working closely with executive leadership, and serving as a strategic leader in various initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' commercial real estate development experience, with a focus on affordable housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex multifamily or affordable housing developments and a strong knowledge of affordable housing finance structures. Leadership experience, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential.
