The Company is in search of a Vice President to spearhead Credit Portfolio Risk Reporting and Governance initiatives within its Wholesale Credit Risk organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with the development and delivery of executive-level reporting, portfolio risk analyses, and governance materials for a range of stakeholders, including senior management, risk committees, and regulatory bodies. This pivotal role demands a professional with a strong background in commercial lending, credit risk management, and portfolio risk analytics, who can lead the production of high-quality, decision-oriented narratives and visualizations. The Vice President will also be responsible for managing governance deliverables, supporting ad hoc reporting requests, and driving continuous improvement in risk reporting processes. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in banking, financial services, or risk management, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Advanced credentials such as CFA, FRM, or MBA are a plus. The role requires exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, as well as advanced capabilities in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in synthesizing complex information, be adept at translating quantitative and qualitative risk data into clear business implications, and be capable of mentoring junior team members.
