Vice President, Portfolio Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Portfolio Operations to join its value creation team and support strategic and performance initiatives across a healthcare investment portfolio. The role partners with investment professionals, operating partners, and portfolio company leaders to drive operational improvement, earnings growth, and long-term value creation throughout the investment lifecycle. The successful candidate will lead complex initiatives and help portfolio organizations improve performance through practical, hands-on operating support. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience spanning private equity portfolio operations, top-tier consulting, or operating roles in private equity-backed healthcare or pharmaceutical services. Relevant expertise includes revenue cycle optimization, reimbursement strategy, cost transformation, and AI- or data-enabled process improvement. Applicants must demonstrate measurable financial and operational results from leading complex initiatives. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, including experience working directly with senior executives, investors, and operating teams.
