Senior Vice President of Operations, Hospice
About the Role
Remote (anywhere in Northeast US)
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations with a strong background in hospice and a focus on Medicare leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations, clinical performance, financials, and revenue growth of the entire hospice service line. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive the organization's direction, ensure the delivery of quality care, and foster a positive culture. The Senior Vice President will also be involved in service line growth, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions, and will be expected to engage with the community and industry. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Operations position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' of senior operations leadership experience at the multi-site level, with a preference for those holding a clinical bachelor's degree in a relevant field. An excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COPs is essential, and experience with ACOs is a plus. The role demands a leader with the ability to travel throughout the region, as well as a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions or integrations. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Therapist, Chaplain, or similar clinical profession, and will be adept at collaborating with a senior leadership team to ensure the strategic success of the organization.
