About the Role
Remote (anywhere in Ohio)
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Home Health Implementation to lead new home health and hospice agency launches across an assigned region. Responsibilities include managing implementation plans from operational readiness through post-launch optimization, coordinating resources and timelines across functions, and ensuring systems and processes meet company standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also manage and develop the regional implementation team, maintain partner relationships, report progress and risks, and drive continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience leading complex healthcare implementations or agency startups, including home health or hospice, and a record of delivering cross-functional projects across geographically distributed teams. Strong knowledge of post-acute care operations and regulatory frameworks is required, along with experience in joint venture implementation or multi-agency integration. Familiarity with Medicare participation requirements, state licensure, accreditation readiness, and healthcare IT platforms is valuable.
